
AMERICAN BUFFET BREAKFAST is served every morning at Pegasus, from 6.00 to 10.30 am.
It includes: rye, hard wheat, olive oil-rolls and sandwiches; assorted cakes, focaccia and pizza,
all just baked; a range of daily home-made fruit jam cakes and tarts, shortbreads and crispbread;
fresh milk drinks, fresh and packed yogurt, assorted cereals, handcrafted and packed jam and marmalade,
honey and nutella; season, tropical, syrup fruits, and fresh fruit salad; cold cuts and assorted cheese,
bacon, hot pork and chicken sausages and Prague ham; hard-boiled and scrambled eggs; assorted fruit juices
and “self-service” hot drinks, or “coffee with a dash of milk and Italian cappuccino”. But most important
of all, beside a free daily paper, you’ll also enjoy… our waitresses’ smile! Have a good day!
AT LUNCH, and dinner, our chefs advise Customers on the simple but tasteful recipes on our menu,
traditional dishes elsewhere often forgotten, from every region in Italy. Our key points include the daily production of pasta,
ravioli and gnocchi, as of all our bakery products, and the freshness of the ingredients we use.
AT DINNER, we also like taking a step back to traditional gastronomic customs offering a rich buffet
with vegetables prepared in all kinds of dishes, with 40 different recipes at least, so that our Customers can freely choose
their starter while waiting for their main course, with no need for formalities. Our winery is not large but includes good brands
complementing our food menu. Wines can also be ordered by the glass to combine the dish chosen. Your dinner will be accompanied
by good lounge music giving you the right ambiance for a pleasant evening alone or with friends.
